I'm Kaneno, the representative of BIRD INITIATIVE.
We are a startup studio that turns hidden technology reserves within large companies into breakthrough gems, creating new businesses one after another. More than just a consulting firm, we have our own development team, providing comprehensive support from MVP development to fundraising and exit strategy, and promoting commercialization as a "group of accompanying producers." Masashi Takagi
After working at NEC, where he designed the business development department and monetized and sold multiple businesses, he founded Carve out Studio® at BIRD INITIATIVE. He has supported the creation of startups from large companies, and has successfully carved out, funded, and made three companies self-sustaining in just two years.

Taku Nishimura
After obtaining a Master's degree in Technology Management (Professional), he worked on process management and global production strategy at a semiconductor manufacturing equipment company. After joining NEC in 2015, he gained experience in a variety of tasks related to new business development, including human resource development and business development support.

Satoshi Goto
CTO/System Architect/Tech Lead Developed NoCode tools and SAP add-ons in Japan. After obtaining a US H1B visa, he developed systems for stock exchanges and US traders. He then worked at Rakuten Singapore as a Tech Lead/Architect, developing search engines and browsers. He currently leads BIRD's TECH team while leading offshore development teams.

Takatsugu Yamada
He is an expert in the end-to-end development of AI/IoT/ICT, from basic technology development to commercialization. He designs future society and leads technology and business development strategies using backcasting. He designs and develops smart city solutions around the world. He also serves as an advisor to JST and RIKEN. He has served as a visiting professor at UC San Diego and Nara Institute of Science and Technology, and as a director of various academic societies both in Japan and abroad. He holds a PhD in Engineering from Kyoto University.

Shuichi Hiroya
An expert in IT/web marketing company management. From NEC Research Laboratories, he has served as president of Cyberwing, Criteria Communications, and Luxwise, and founded a robotics venture. He specializes in business development using robots and AI, as well as digital marketing and e-commerce development. He holds a Master's degree in Information Engineering from Tokushima University. He is a visiting researcher in Computer Science at Stanford University.
